Data collected

The form collects the contact details and business information you provide. We use them to respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, and, if you wish, create a first mockup.

Sending and retention

Your answers are sent to Fuchsia by email through Cloudflare. The website does not keep a copy in a database. A temporary copy remains in your browser tab’s session storage to display the summary and let you make corrections. It disappears when the tab session ends.

Retention period for received emails: [to be completed].

Website language

Cloudflare provides the country associated with your connection to suggest a language on your first visit. The website does not store your IP address for this selection. Your choice in the menu takes priority and is saved for one year in a language preference cookie. This cookie is not used for advertising tracking.

Answers in progress are temporarily stored in your tab’s session so you can switch languages without losing them.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing cuong@fuchsia.biz. You may also submit a complaint to the CNIL.
